Based on the home originally designed by Dan Tyree, 15 Degrees is a sloping 2 bedroom home, breaking up the garage and the main house with landscaped gardens, a fire pit and pool areas. Entrance into the property is made unusually via the first floor, and in a reverse to the normal layout, the living areas remain on the entry level, and all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The bedroom level then leads out to the rear gardens, pool and spa area.

- Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, containing 1 sink and walk-in double shower as well as dressing facilities
- Garage (In a separate building at the very front of the lot)
- Rear patio with fire-pit and chairs
- Rear garden with swimming pool and spa/hot-tub
