This is Trenton, a small one bedroom modern house. It is very light and airy, with windowed walls spanning the entire rear of this very open plan property. It would suit a young couple with no plans for children, or a single adult.

The lot also contains a double garage with clear glass doors as well as a separate driveway, allowing the owner of this lot to have a few vehicles to choose from.
